Aniflow AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By opening aniflowai.com or creating an account you accept these terms in full. If any part of them does not work for you, please stop using Aniflow AI.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the Aniflow AI website and companion chat. "Companion" means a fictional character available inside the Service. "You" means the individual holding an account.

3. Age requirement

Aniflow AI is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older where your country sets a higher age of majority.

4. Fictional characters

Every companion on Aniflow AI is an invented character. Conversations are entertainment and do not represent a real person, a real relationship or real advice.

5. Account creation

You agree to give accurate details when registering and to keep your contact email current so Aniflow AI can reach you about receipts and security matters.

6. Account security

You are responsible for your password and for anything done through your Aniflow AI account. Tell us promptly if you suspect somebody else has access.

7. One person per account

Accounts are personal. Sharing, renting, reselling or transferring Aniflow AI access to another person is not permitted.

8. Free access

Aniflow AI offers a free tier with a daily allowance. We may adjust that allowance to keep the Service stable and available to everyone.

9. Paid plans

Paid plans unlock features listed on the plans section of the Aniflow AI home page. The features shown at the time of purchase are what your plan includes.

10. Renewals

Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. A reminder and a receipt are sent to your registered email address.

11. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the account area. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is taken.

12. Refunds

If Aniflow AI is unavailable for a long stretch, or a charge was clearly taken in error, contact support within 14 days and we will review the case fairly.

13. Price changes

Prices may change. Existing subscribers are told at least 30 days before a new price applies to their renewal, giving time to cancel first.

14. Taxes

Displayed prices may exclude local sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where your jurisdiction requires it.

15. Acceptable use

Use Aniflow AI lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, overload it, scrape it in bulk or interfere with other members.

• No automated access or bulk collection
• No attempts to bypass limits or payment
• No reselling of access or content

16. Prohibited content

You must not submit material involving minors, real identifiable individuals presented without consent, threats, harassment, extremism or anything illegal where you live. Breaches end the account immediately.

17. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Aniflow AI the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the conversation can continue.

18. Our content

Names, artwork, page design, characters and text belonging to Aniflow AI are protected. Do not copy or republish them without written permission.

19. Feedback

Suggestions are welcome and may be used to improve Aniflow AI without obligation or payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

20. Availability

We aim to keep Aniflow AI running continuously, but maintenance, supplier issues and events beyond our control can interrupt access.

21. Changes to the service

Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, subscribers are notified in advance.

22. Suspension

Aniflow AI may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other members or exposes us to legal risk. Serious cases receive no warning.

23. Termination by you

You may delete your Aniflow AI account at any moment from the settings page. Deletion is permanent and stored conversations cannot be restored afterwards.

24. No professional advice

Nothing said by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you need help from a professional, please speak to one.

25. Disclaimers

Aniflow AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free or suited to any particular purpose.

26. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aniflow AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability we do carry is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

27. Indemnity

You agree to cover Aniflow AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

28. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aniflow AI is established, without affecting mandatory consumer rights at home. Questions go to legal@aniflowai.com, and support is available at support@aniflowai.com.
